Over the years, as more faculty became interested, Jean and Jarrett developed procedures allowing them to scale use among not only faculty and staff, but also students. Jean shares how the College of Allied Health streamlines and standardizes their capture services through the use of faculty request forms, new faculty training and more. Convinced that this kind of training wouldn’t benefit medical staff, Dian and Michael pursued a new, more customized training alternative. Mediasite video combined with a game-based assesment tool (LetsGetWiser) allows staff to access hundreds of short video tutorials that incorporate gamification.
